3 Amazing Herbal Tea Recipes To Cleanse And Detox Your Body

By Amy Goodrich

Detoxing is a natural way of getting rid of harmful pollutants and toxins. Although our body is an ingenious system that can handle most toxins by itself, these days toxin build-ups are more real and sabotaging our health and weight loss efforts.
If we take a look at the food we eat, the air we breathe, and the water we drink, we have to conclude that those sources aren’t as clean as they used to be. So your liver, kidneys, lungs, and intestines have a hard time in processing and eliminating those harmful compounds from our body to prevent damage and disease.
To give them the breathing space they need, it is important to reduce our toxin intake as much as possible by eating and drinking the right kind of foods. Fruit, vegetables, herbs, and spices have shown some very powerful cleansing and detoxing properties. Opt for organic as much as possible to eliminate harmful pesticides and GMOs from your diet.
To reduce toxic load avoid processed food, fast foods, refined sugar, processed grains, dairy, and non-organic meat as much as possible and add more detoxifying foods to your daily diet to support your organs.

Here are 3 of my favorite detoxifying herbal tea recipes for you to try
